Had my consult with Dr. Yakes at the Yakes Vascular Malformation Center today. Not only is he a legend in the medical field but the guy was an Army Ranger before he became a surgeon. I heard he was world-renowned, but he literally has maps in his office with pins from his patients from all over the world and all over the country. He had me place my pin today after the consult. Tomorrow morning I’ll have another MRI and then go into surgery right after.
