Surgery #5

So apparently my surgeon is a legend. Everywhere I went people treated me like a VIP since I was his patient. MRI was completed first & then I headed into pre-op. Everybody that’s seen me is telling me pretty much everything that it ridiculous that my previous surgeon treated me without doing an angiogram, used ice, used compression, injected onyx, & didn’t do an embolectomy to remove the onyx from my lung. So that was fun. Surgery went well, but having to lay flat for 60 mins after because of the arterial puncture suuuucked! I had to pee soooo bad and was starving and couldn’t do anything but lay flat. Oh well. At least it’s done so now they actually know what they’re dealing with. I’m sore but not feeling awful.
